Johnna earned her B.S. in Psychology at the University of Florida and now resides in Manheim, PA. From 2020-2022 she was Research Coordinator at the University of Florida Center for Cognitive Aging and Memory at the McKnight Brain Institute and within UF’s Pediatric Psychology Department.
She now serves as a Research Coordinator for the VCF sVWD Patient Registry study and has co-authored abstracts for both U.S. National and international hematology meetings.
Along with her research background, she has ample experience working with the VWD population. As a patient herself, she has had a lifelong connection to the community. On behalf of VWD Connect, Johnna has presented at multiple annual national conferences, developed and implemented children’s educational programming and virtual events such as special interest clubs and educational sessions.
