Jeanette Cesta has been a national speaker on bleeding disorders since 2010. She has presented at medical conventions, Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hospital ER’s, bleeding disorder camps, National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF) Annual Meetings, NHF chapters throughout the U.S. and the 2014 NHF VWD Summit in Washington D.C. She is on the NHF VWD Task Force and the ATHN National Hemophilia Program Coordinating Center (NHPCC) Advisory Committee. She chairs the NHPCC Women with VWD work group. She displayed two research posters on VWD education models at the 2016 World Federation of Hemophilia World Congress and co-organized the first national Type 3 VWD Conference in May 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science at Suffolk University, Boston MA. She currently lives in Wellington, FL with her husband and three children. Jeanette and her children all have Von Willebrand Disease.
